Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
• Analyze and evaluate current business processes to identify areas for improvement

• Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and strategy development
• Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables align with business objectives

Requirements

• A degree in Business Administration, Finance, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or Power BI
• Strong understanding of business process modeling and documentation
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities
