Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and interpret data from various sources
• Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, and analytics strategies
• Identify trends and patterns in complex datasets
• Create visualizations and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders
• Collaborate with teams to identify opportunities for process improvements
• Maintain data integrity and ensure data security protocols are followed

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in a data analysis role
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and interpret data
• Experience with statistical programming languages (Python, R) is a plus
• Excellent communication skills to translate complex data into actionable insights
